Annual Notice of Change

The Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) is sent to our members every year to notify them of any changes in plan coverage, service area, or costs that will take effect on January 1 of the following year. The ANOC is mailed prior to September 30 to ensure members have up-to-date plan information before the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period begins.
